Whoa its like 1 year and 9 mths since the last post! Ok I am still alive.

Well, to be truthful, I got bored of blogging (I tend to have a short span of attention).

Was quite surprise that my blog was still alive when I accidentally click on my shortcut. Maybe Ill start blogging again, I said maybe.

As for the theme, I have decided to change it to: "whatever I want, I blog"

An up to speed report of what has happened in my life the past 1yr 9mths...

Grown older (but I doubt I got any wiser)
Final year in U
Did badly in the 1st yr
But better in the 2nd yr
Had a Japan trip 2 mths back (will talk about some other time. Maybe...)
Started "playing" with dolls and soft toys! (Has to do with the Japan trip)
Still fixing gundam kits and others
Just bought a pair of new blades 2 wks back (Hopping to lose some weight with them)

Well that all I can think of at the moment. Till the next time. That I don't know when.

One more thing, sorry to everyone especially hobbosocks for not keeping in touch and breaking my old 2006 resolution.

Hello everybody! Yes I am still alive. I know have not been posting anything much during the last 2 mths (nothing at all to post) I'll try to be a bit more pro-active in 2006 (that's my new year resolution)

Yahoo. Yes! I have finally completed Blitz. I must say I'm quite proud of my recent model (Though there will always be more learning to be done, so why not just let me feel this why for now.)

There has been a few hiccups along the way, (broken parts, running out of paint, top-coat and not forgetting the shield got damaged due to industrial strength thinner and now it looks like a battle-scar oned) But in the end I got it done yahoo...

Today I went out with my friends as I needed to get Top-Coat for my Blitz, I ran out of it half way yesterday when I was about to finish… Somehow the topic of the day when to: why not sell your finished Gundam models on EBay. I heard of some people being paid up to $300 to fix up and air bush the models. But for my part, I have intention of selling my models (Besides who wants to buy my unprofessionally done models anyway haha)

I replied back, saying my reasons for not selling. To me selling them for cash is not the reason why I spend time to make them, but rather it’s the satisfaction of construction process and the final completion of it that is the best “pay” of all. I guess everyone knows that feeling when you completed something hard on your own. Well that’s what feel every time I completed one (the “construction" phase may be like hell but in a way its still fun.) Basically I think you call this passion.

He/she kept on asking me to sell them on EBay, saying that when I grow up I may lose my passion for model making and what will I do with the large collection of models that now will have no meaning to me? You might as well sell them.. I felt quite offended by that remark. AT this moment my passion for model making has never died and I believe it will never die. The flame may grow smaller but will never fade away.

Money is not everything in the world, there are other pleasures in life and we should not be so self absorb into making money out of everything. I hope the person realizes this.

Ok, on I brighter note of life, my Blitz WILL be completed by the end of this week. I SWEAR, CONFIRM etc….

Oh more thing… Only 14 more days…. You know what I mean heehee…..

Yahoo. Today I finally passed my driving on the third try.
Like they say, 3s a charm. How true, how true.

Anyway, besides this gd piece of news nothing else much to write on. As for my Blitz (which I have been putting off for too long), I should be done by next week. So say tune to then.

I got $10 for nothing!

I got $10 for nothing. 2 people came by just now to do a survey on the brands of electronic products.

It only took me less then 10mins to answer their and guess what, they gave me $10 for my participation. Usually they give cash vouchers, but this time round they gave actual cash instead(the person said the company ran out of vouchers and so give cash instead!)

What a nice way to end a day I must say =)

Painted...

All right! I finally got the pieces I painted, fixed up. Well overall, Im quite happy with it. Still I can improve my airbrushing techniques. (Some of the painted parts look terrible....) Just got to keep on practicing like they say.

Once again I'll keep you all updated again. So stay tune for further (mis)adventures of me and my Blitz!

Purple is not a "gay" colour/color ok!
Its a Royal colour/color!
Why? Because in the past, purple dye was very rare and expensive. So only the rich, namely the Kings and Queens can afford it.

Thinner over dose

Wanton Noodle Please...

Today is a Monday and it has been very blue.

I forgot to bring my mouse to school and was left to tackle the touchpad of my notebook with extreme difficualty and fustration.

Next the train that I took, the air-conditioning broke down. I was practically perspiring!
(note* humans perspire, animals sweat)

But the best was the Wonton (dumpling) noodle my friend help me buy(we weren't eating in the canteen). I asked for no pork and all wonton. But what I got was noodles and vegie THATS ALL!!!!! The guy got my order wrong.

What a why to start the week - Wonton noodle please and I get only noodles and vegie!?

Its sures going to be a interesting week ahead.

Cloud covered Moon

Here is my new pet, ducky, whom I have adpoted from Bunnyhero Labs I found out about this a adopt a pet when I happened to check out this blog by Hobbosocks.

You should go check out her blog, it is really neat, and very interesting. Oh yes 1 more thing go and adpot a pet as well haha. But don't forget to treat them nicely.

Driving Test... Failed... Again....

Haha, I failed my driving test. Again, for the 2nd time. So very disappointed, cause I felt to confident that I could do it this time round. All my practices were good, they went without a hitch.

But like Murphy’s Law dictates, what can go wrong, will go wrong. And today, Murphy came and paid me a visit during the test.

I’m not mad about failing, I’m more “funny” bout it, I was fuming when I fail my first. Too cocky I was then.. At least this time round I can laugh my incompetence off. Im not going to let it bother me

I have all ready spent 35 lessons practicing, each 1/1/2 hours. That means 35 X 1/1/2 = 52/1/2 hours in all!!! Shit and I can’t pass it after so long?

Well, hopefully the 3rd is a charm. Guess I can only know in 3 months time (such a long waiting period for the next test)

I just ended a Dota game. And I must admit I suck at the game, I’m new to the game. So that means, I'm a noob, noobie what ever. So we lost, most likely to my lousy experience in the game. But hey why do some gamers just go crazy when they lose? "Bloody noob!, Why you make us lose, idiot...."

I know it sucks, hey I also play to win but you do lose sometimes... Ok so your a pro, you spend your free time studying the strategies and getting hands on experiences by playing the game 3hrs or more. So what does that say? Gamer of the highest degree?

Online playing is fun, but when people start insulting you just because you are lousy or even just new to the game, its doesn't really feel all that nice. For me I just think that all this "pros" who look down on us "noobies", are the real loser. It just a game man. They have to win, and when they louse, all the vulgarities start spewing on the screen. Hey, there is always someone better then you.

If they are so good, why not go play in the "pro" listed games? Scared you lose and get insulted back, cause you ain’t up to their standards? Haha.

Gaming is not everything you know, go out and smell the flower as the saying goes. And Lastly its just a game, and as I say, you win some, you lose some. Either way win/lose graciously. Next time you play with "noobies" try and be nicer ok?

Some Singaporeans + MRT = Dimwits

What is wrong with Singaporeans and the mrt? When ever a train arrives, most of them (I did not say all) will rush and stand right at the sport where the doors will open. And once they open, they all will rush, push, and shove their way in.

But hey are they not forgetting that there are others who want to get off? How are they going to do so if these moronic, idiotic, brainless, self-centered Singaporeans don’t even let them go out first?

Why can’t they all just wait outside the “yellow markers” for the rest to alight before going in? Are they scared of that they will not have any chance of getting on the train? Come on man, I have never seen the doors close when there is still a crowd trying to get in, unless the train is already crowded.

And if you are one of those self-centered people, please try to be more considerate and wait for other to alight and before boarding. And don’t you dare give me this bull that other are doing it so why can’t I do it as well; If a person jumps down a 15 storey building, then go jump with him, since you like to follow what others do - "He jump, you jump, I laugh"

Customer Service

Today I went to the SIM customer service and had to a gut-wrenching, blood sucking 40 mins before it was my turn. I was then told to call course in-charge for the problem. But she told me to told me to come back tomorrow with the books I am suppose to exchange. Best yet, she only spoke to me for less than 2 mins!

So 40 mins waiting, 2 mins with the customer service admin and another 2 mins with my course in-charge. In all I only spend 4 mins for the problem and I still have to come back tomorrow to get it resolved!!!!

In that total time I could have already reached back home!!!!!

Bloody freaking lousy service. Only 2 admin were on duty. And they knew there were a large no of people waiting. They should have gotten more staffs to help at the desk.

Just last night I was watching the National Rally Speech, and the PM was actually talking about our service quality. He mentioned that all in the service line should improve the service quality. Guess SIM customer service folks did not watch his speech.

Anyway the bottom line is that Singapore service is totally like crap and it needs so SERIOUS overhaul. But I more concern with SIM services, they should be more attentive and depending on the situation, post more or less staff at the desk.

Why need friends?

Why needs friends when you have friends like this:

Just this week my gd friend contacted me and asked to borrow a dvd, and it got me so pissed. Why? Because we were suppose to meet 2 mths back which she did not show up. Then she decided to contact me now- 2 mths later, asking for the dvd and nothing even mentioning about why she never turned up that day. . What the hell does she think I am? We have been friends for long and yet she treats me like dirt! I just don’t understand why... So disappointed with her...

Her reason, she decided not to talk to anybody. Huh???? That’s just a lame excuse.

Then there’s another guy who I lent $200 to saying he need it for his sick mum. He was only force to give it back after 1 year when I threaten to call his "sick" mum and tell her. Thinking back, I was so stupid and naive then. Bloody moron he is.

I now doubt why we really need friends for, when they will someday and somehow come and plunge a 6-inch dagger down your back. – and later when you are on the floor laying in your own blood, he/she will devilishly smile at you and….

So again I ask - Why need friends when you have friends like this?

Sociology - What it really means

Sociology is define as the study of human societies, and how why we interact with our environment. Oh it's so simply correct? So in another way it is finding out why we act the way we do things the way we do it.

Well I think this is craps. It’s just a playground for theorist to compete with each other to see who has the best theory on sociology.

I think they are just finding, no giving reasons to justify our action on earth. Justify the reason and you justify the meaning we are on earth.

Well let’s put bluntly, I never understand why we are on earth and I never respected ourselves. They say we are the highest intelligence, the ones with a conscience. I totally disagree. (This is for another post)

We are all just selfish ppl how don't give a damm bout earth and the other animals on it. I say we should be totally wiped off the face of the planet and let another higher species take over. Hopefully they do a better job then us so called "evolved" species (What a bloody joke).

The Maid

Went to watch “The Maid” today, and it scared the daylights out of me! I have never liked to watch horrors movies, but I still went along since my friends wanted to watch.

So a locally made show, can’t be that scary right?…. Oh so I thought. I was so dead wrong!

It only took the first 10mins to realise that this was no walk in the park. The story had substance I agree, but the horror was more than I could handle. Even my battle harden friends were scared stiff.

Never will I ever watch a horror show again, its too much for my heart to handle. And do you know the best thing was it was the 15th of the 7th month of the Chinese calendar – A full moon on the Hungry Ghost Month…
